Please contact the school office between 8.45 and 3.30. All booking should be made via the school office.
We have reviewed the before and after school provision and feel able to offer places from 7th September with certain measures in place. This will be, of course, subject to any changes and will depend on government strategy. A letter with further information and a booking form is attached below. Places will be limited and allocated strictly on a first come first served basis.
The staff running the club are Mrs Hull, Ms Cook, Mrs Chambers and Mrs Jarram
The breakfast club takes place in the Library area and opens at 8am. The children are offered breakfast, toast, cereal, fruit and a drink, after which they will do enriching activities. They are then walked from the club to their classrooms at 8.45/8.50am where their teachers take over their care.
The after school club is also held in the Library area, children go from their classrooms at 3.15 pm to the Library where they take part in more activities including arts and crafts, sports games outside (weather permitting) board games, lego building, and cookery. They will also be offered a snack and a drink.
The cost of the clubs are as follows:
Breakfast club 8.00 – 8.50 Breakfast will be served until 8.30 – £6.00 per session
After school club – 3.15 – 5.30 Snack and drink included – £10.00 per session
Late collection £10.00 per 15 minutes or part there of
Terms and conditions
Places booked will not be refunded or carried over if the child does not attend – including absence for sickness. (If the club closes due to COVID19 places will not be charged for)
Booking can only be altered each term if space allows unless the place is being cancelled.
Two weeks notice is required to cancel your child’s place.
Invoices will be sent out in advance for the following month.
Places will be removed if payment is not received.
Ad hoc bookings will be available when space permits
