The success of this funding and the impact on the children’s education and well-being was measured through;
- Direct feedback by staff on the quality of support offered by the Sports Specialists
- Continued low levels of behaviour and medical problems at play times and lunch times Evaluation of the teaching of Physical Education lessons taught by both Sports Specialist and Class Teachers
- School quality assurance in line with school policy
- Evaluation of the quality of provision of extra-curricular clubs in relation to physical activity and school sport;
- Feedback from the Sports Specialist to the Head Teacher;
- Continued increase in the number of children engaging in inter school sporting activities
